EA Sports has confirmed the global rollout schedule for College Football 27, and the release times vary depending on which edition you bought and where you live. The game is set to arrive on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, with staggered unlock windows for different regions.
For those who purchased the Deluxe Edition or the MVP Bundle, early access begins on Thursday, July 16, at 4:00 AM Eastern Time. This means players in North America can jump in late on July 15 if they are on the West Coast, while fans in Europe will have to wait until the early morning hours of July 16. The Standard Edition unlocks one week later, on Thursday, July 23, at the same global time: 4:00 AM ET.
The game uses a simultaneous global release rather than a midnight launch in each time zone. So if you are in London, the Standard Edition goes live at 9:00 AM BST on July 23. In Sydney, that translates to 6:00 PM AEST on the same day. EA has not announced any regional exceptions, so the times above apply to all supported markets.
Players on PC can pre-load the game now through the EA app or Steam. Console users on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S can also download the files ahead of time. The full file size is around 85 GB, so it is worth starting the download early. No further updates or patches are expected before launch.
