Since investing 150 hours into Starfield at its launch, my enthusiasm for the game has significantly waned. Initially, the survival mechanics introduced a temporary intrigue, but they quickly lost their charm. While there are a few interesting mods available that offer new experiences, they haven't been enough to reignite my passion for the game.
The anticipation for the game's expansion has not lived up to expectations. The features that have been revealed so far, including the ability to drive on the limited landscapes of each planet, feel more like superficial additions rather than substantial enhancements. Furthermore, the decision to monetize aspects of a faction quest has left a sour taste in the mouths of many players, including myself.
Overall, the lack of compelling updates and the absence of meaningful content have contributed to a growing disinterest in Starfield. It's disappointing to see a game with so much potential fall short of what many had hoped it would become.
